AI agents that do real work inside your business.

Bagiware designs and builds agentic AI systems that connect to your data, your tools and your processes, and then run reliably in production. Built by an engineer who has spent 13 years shipping and running enterprise software.

No pitch deck. We talk through one workflow you want automated and tell you honestly whether an agent is the right answer.

Services

What we build

Four things clients ask us for. Each one starts with a real workflow, not a technology.

01

Custom AI agents

Agents that take a job end-to-end: reading documents, calling your APIs, updating records, asking a human only when they should. Scoped to one workflow first, then extended.

02

Agentic features for your product

You have a software product and want AI inside it that customers can trust. We design the agent architecture, tool-calling, guardrails and evaluation, and build it into your stack.

03

Workflow automation with LLMs

Back-office processes that are too messy for classic automation: triage, classification, extraction, drafting, reconciliation. Humans stay in the loop where it matters.

04

AI readiness and architecture

A short engagement to map where agents pay off in your business, which data and systems they need, what it will cost to run, and what the risks are. You get a plan you can build on, with or without us.

Stack-agnostic. We work with Anthropic, OpenAI and open-weight models, and with whatever cloud, database and tools you already run. And when the problem is not an agent — architecture, integrations, years of technical debt, technical leadership — we do that too. It is where we came from.

Process

How we work

Small scope, fast proof, then scale. You see working software within weeks, not a slide deck after months.

  1. 1

    Discovery call

    Free · 30 min

You describe the workflow. We ask the awkward questions: where the data lives, who owns the decision, what happens when the agent is wrong.

  2. 2

    Scoping

    1 week

A written proposal: what the agent will do, how success is measured, what it costs to build and to run each month. Fixed price for the first phase.

  3. 3

    Build and prove

    2 to 6 weeks

We build the agent against your real systems and real data, with evaluation sets so you can see accuracy, not anecdotes. Weekly demos.

  4. 4

    Run and extend

    Ongoing

Deploy into production with monitoring, logging and cost controls. Then expand to the next workflow, or hand over to your team with documentation.

Enterprise no-code platform · CRM, ERP, project and field operations

Context

A software company whose no-code platform lets organisations build their own enterprise systems needed to rebuild its core and stay ahead of what customers could build themselves.

What Bagiware did

Co-architected the current generation of the platform and led the engineering team through the rebuild, set the standards for quality, security and performance across releases, and introduced the DevOps practices that raised deployment frequency and stability. Now building the platform's AI and agentic capabilities so customers can add AI to their workflows without writing prompts.

Proof

Why Bagiware

Production, not prototypes

Most AI agents die between the demo and the deployment. We build for the second part: error handling, retries, human escalation, audit logs, cost limits.

Senior engineering, not a side project

Thirteen years of building and running enterprise software, from junior engineer to architecting and leading the engineering of a platform used across five sectors. Your agent inherits the same standards as the systems it plugs into.

Honest scoping

If a plain integration or a rule-based automation solves your problem cheaper, we will tell you. Agents are a tool, not the goal.

About

About

Bagiware is led by Karol Bagiński, a software engineer with 13 years in enterprise software. He started as a junior developer in 2013, went on to lead engineering teams and co-architect an enterprise no-code platform used across five sectors, and has built software under the Bagiware name since 2017. He works from Poznań, Poland, with clients in the UK and across Europe.

Let's talk about one workflow.

Bring one process you wish ran itself. In 30 minutes you will know whether an AI agent fits, roughly what it would take, and what we would do first.
